One of the most challenging phases in selecting a VoIP system is the financial analysis.  smbINFO has created an Investment Analysis tool, in Microsoft Excel, that you can use to evaluate the financial benefits of deploying VoIP.

You will be able to evaluate the:

• ROI - Return on Investment
• Payback period
• NPV - Net Present Value of the Cashflows from the investment
• IRR - Internal Rate of Return

You can download the file and work with it locally on your computer.  You will need a copy of Microsoft Excel to do so.
